Mr Song was appointed director of CITIC Pacific in September 2025. Mr Song joined CITIC in 1993 and has since held key positions at a number of industrial and financial companies including CITIC Technology, CITIC Industrial Investment, CITIC Offshore Helicopter, CITIC Investment Holdings, CITIC Automotive and CITIC Private Equity Funds. With extensive experience in technology, investment and operations, Mr Song is also serving as director of CITIC Metal Group. Mr Song obtained a bachelor’s degree and an MBA and is a professional engineer.
